such as as as as automation and and and telephony financial management human resource and and and payroll as as as well as as as substantial investments fin in in facilities upgrades to to improve improve the the the the service life life life of of our our 18 properties and and to to improve improve the the the the quality-of-life for ffor for the the the the veterans we house All these systems require life-cycle sustainment efforts which must be forecast budgeted and and and scheduled As our our programs and and and and services evolve and and and and as as as our our service service area increases these supporting systems must be sustained upgraded and and and scaled accordingly 23 | HVAF
